Copyright Takedown & Counter-Notification Policy

We respect the rights of copyright owners and process infringement notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Your notice must include: your signature (physical or electronic) as the rights holder or authorized agent; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that use is not authorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

2. DMCA Agent Email

Send notices to: [email protected]

3. Processing

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the identified material and, where applicable, notify the content provider.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including your signature, identification of the removed content and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that removal was mistaken, consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district where we may be found), and your contact information.

5. Repeat Infringers

We may restrict or terminate access for accounts or sources that repeatedly infringe copyright, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
